"Fran is a dream come true. She found the right house for us and negotiated for the right price. We really liked the house but it was priced a bit more than we were willing to pay. After she negotiated we ended up about $2000 less than we thought we would pay. She also worked hard to make sure the house repairs were done on time and correctly. Fran was in constant contact and kept us informed and updated on every detail. On top of that she sold our house almost too fast and for the amount we were looking for. The house was a great house just in a noisy area. She let us know what we needed to do to show the house and she was spot on. 17 days was all it took. Fran made us feel like we were the one and only client she had. We trust Fran and trust is not something we just give to anyone. Fran has pride, attention to detail and a can do attitude."

"Fran is the best agent that I've ever worked with. I have bought 10 houses in the Tucson area in the last 20 years (primary residence as well as investment property). I thought that I had a good agent before but I had no idea what I was missing. Fran goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. She takes care of all of the details that any good agent would. Then she does more. She helps stage the home, gives good tips to get the best price, helps facilitate needed repairs, communicates with contractors, etc. She also helped us buy a home and was just as good. "Without question, Fran is the best realtor we have ever worked with. We decided to move from another state to the Tucson area and, on the recommendation from a friend of a friend, called Fran. I explained what kind of property I was looking for, and gave her some examples of properties I had found on the web that might fit our needs. I also explained that, although I wished to visit some of the properties on a visit I was making to the area, it was really a "scouting" expedition, trying to decide what areas would be best for us and did not expect to find a property immediately, and that it could take some months before we were ready to buy.She set up a showing of 8 proeperties all on the same day due to the short duration of my trip. The fourth house was perfect! My husband flew out the next week, we put in an offer and it was accepted! Fran guided us through the entire process long distance, answering any questions we had and managing all the inspections that needed to be done. If you need a Realtor to help you buy a home, you will not be sorry to have Fran as your agent."
